At Level Up Mobile Fitness, our mission is to provide high-quality fitness and wellness services on wheels. By delivering door-to-door services, we ensure our clients the most convenient and time-efficient program. We will devise a strength and conditioning action plan constructed solely with your individual client's needs in mind. 


L.U.M.F encourages and supports our clients to become more knowledgeable and accountable to be able to navigate safely and effectively on their wellness journey. Equally so, we place high priority on educational mentoring, so our clients obtain the knowledge of nutritional balance and its major role in physique transformations. 


Our goal is to elevate, inspire, and inform by providing the perfect environment to flourish and transform into the best vision of you, in essence, 'leveling up.' We travel to your home location, office space, or a chosen area in the city. 'Fitness Delivered' is our motto. We  deliver results.

    PERSONAL TRAINING

     Level Up is committed to providing the highest quality strength and fitness training. We are a mobile fitness gym, which gives us a unique opportunity to travel to your facility, home, or workplace at our clients' convenience. Our optimized one-on-one training has a proven track record for providing amazing results.  


    Proper form and technique are emphasized, enhancing the effectiveness of each movement. This targeted approach accelerates progress, allowing individuals to achieve their fitness goals more efficiently. Our dedicated personal trainer will create a plan tailored to your goals. 

     

    We believe in a data-oriented approach with our state-of-the-art body composition machines, allowing our team to be very detail-focused in locating specific areas of the human physique and developing a plan to zoom in on unwanted target areas. We at Level Up are excited to start your fitness journey with you and together achieve the best version of yourself for life. 

    1 hour session time.

    BOX FIT BOOTCAMP

    Box-Fit is a high-intensity, total body fitness class. The class is a combination of fully functional circuits with boxing techniques and skills . Box-Fit classes are 60 minutes in duration including warm-up and cool down. It's all about getting pumped, burning stubborn fat ,and improved stress management,this workout packs a punch. Expect to burn approximately 500- 700+ calories!

    1 hour class time. 

    SPORTS RECOVERY

    Normatec Treatments / Power Plate Treatments

    NormaTec Compression Therapy is designed to help alleviate sore and fatigued muscles. It is used worldwide by athletes, trainers/coaches, and doctors to decrease inflammation, increase blood circulation, and flush lactic acid, all of which speed up your downtime after strenuous workout/training, meaning you can get back on your feet faster than ever before.  

    Treatment time 30 minutes. 


    The Powerplate has science-based evidence approval rating in reducing the amount of fat under the skin and significantly decreasing the appearance of cellulite. Other Powerplate superpowers include increasing bone density, thereby fighting osteoporosis, and strengthening ligaments, tendons, cartilage, and hard connective tissue in general

    Treatment time 30 minutes 

    Massage Gun Treatments

    Massage gun treatments is most effective as a percussive therapy before a workout or after training. Pre-workout percussive therapy can prevent future soreness and improve range of motion. Post-workout percussive therapy helps accelerate muscle recovery and remove some of the waste products, such as lactic acid, that cause soreness and stiffness.
